Decision of doing driving instructor training
Today, I finally managed to enrol into driving instructor training . There werent many people signing into my course so there was no queue. Instead, there was quite a lot of paperwork. Bureaucracy is present everywhere, this is for sure, and its developing all the time. What is more, it is not possible to avoid it. All forms needs to be filled in, certificates must be handed in and put in a certain order. Administration workers usually are very careful and conscientious. They will always spot lack of some kind of document of illegible handwriting. The only solution its to get used to and dont try to fight. Decision of doing driving instructor training was quite spontaneous. I work as a teacher of geography, so educating and teaching is nothing new for me. I deal with it on everyday basis and have quite a big experience. I believe that a good teacher should be patient, organized and motivating. However, the most important thing is that he should let their students try and experiment on their own - be some kind of mentor. Teacher should offer support and independence. This is the way I expect good instructor to work and driving instructor training should teach you that essential skill.
